How do I book?
You can book and pay for your event via our website by following some simple steps.
Step 1: Sign up to register your details. This is a simple process which will only takes a few minutes.
Step 2: Select your package including dates and quantities
Step 3: Confirm your order and make payment.
Alternatively you can call our customer service team on 1800 819 411.

How do I pay?
The Payments page takes you through the simple payments process.
Payment options include:
Credit card payments
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express. A credit card fee of 3.0% applies to VISA, Mastercard and Bankcard and 3.8% applies to AMEX and Diners on each transaction. You can either make your credit card payment online, or with our customer service team.

Cheque - Cheques should be made payable to SXSM Hospitality Pty Ltd and must be received to confirm your booking.

When is my booking confirmed?
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received by Southern Cross, and you will then receive a confirmation email and phone call.
Can I change / cancel my booking?
You can add to your booking at any time at no extra charge, subject to availability. Either add to your existing order online, or contact our customer service team on 1800 819 411. Most cancellations incur a cancellation fee; however this is subject to individual supplier terms and conditions.
Do I get charged booking fees?
There is no charge for you to make a booking through Southern Cross.
How / when will I receive my tickets?
On confirmation of your payment you will receive your event package details. Ticketing packages are sent to you prior to the event via registered mail/express post/courier. We aim to have all ticketing packages sent 2 weeks prior to the event; however this is subject to supplier policy and ticketing arrangements.
What is the Southern Cross rewards program and how do I redeem my loyalty points?
The Southern Cross loyalty program is our loyalty program. It rewards you for using Southern Cross, and is our way of giving you something back for allowing us to provide you with your corporate hospitality needs. You can redeem your loyalty points when you make your next booking with Southern Cross, or you may prefer a Gift Certificate from selected outlets as our reward to you.
What do I do if the event I want is not listed
Southern Cross endeavours to have the widest range of sports event packages available. If we do not have the event you are looking for, please call our customer service team on 1800 819 411 and we will source it for you.

What other services does Southern Cross offer?
Southern Cross can manage your company's corporate hospitality funds throughout the year across all products. If you have a corporate entertainment budget, you can pay Southern Cross for your corporate sports hospitality program, then book events throughout the year against the payment already made. In this way, you don't need to decide which events you want up front, but your entertainment budget is committed, ensuring funds are available to cover your program when needed.

What if I want a product that is not on the website?
If there is a product that is not on the website, please call our customer service team on 1800 819 411 as we are still able to access certain products as a discounted rate for our clients.

Are the Bars for hire?
Yes we do lease them out. 
We can deliver quality events at sporting events, concerts, dual branded functions, sponsored functions or even stand-alone private functions.
